The attempted attack at the 41-year-old rapper’s show in the city has resulted in concert cancellation and injuries.
Considering the infamous beef between Pusha T and Drake, the former should have prepared himself for an attack when he performed in his nemesis’ hometown. His concert at the Danforth Music Hall in Toronto on Tuesday, November 20 abruptly ended after a commotion broke out on stage mid-performance.
Fan footage showed Pusha performing onstage without any problem, but when he started singing about getting soaked, people started throwing beer and cups at him. That was when several concertgoers attempted to rush the stage, jumping over the barrier that separates the crowd from the rapper. Judging from the action, they were clearly trying to attack the “Mercy” spitter.

Fortunately, the men did not make it to the rapper and clashed with members of Pusha’s team instead, launching into a full-on brawl. Pusha himself watched the physical altercation from the side of the stage before going backstage.
Police and paramedics responded to the scene, and three people were taken to a hopsital with minor injuries.
Pusha eventually returned the stage to perform “I Don’t Like” and “The Story of Adidon”. During the performance, he took time to address the brawl and blamed Drake for the disturbance, He accused the “God’s Plan” hitmaker of paying people to cause a scene. The claim has yet to be confirmed, but sources familiar with the situation did said there were rumblings of Drake (or people affiliated with him) purchasing 200 tickers in order to disturb the show.

Even though Pusha managed to get back on the stage and performed, police decided to pull the plug and end the concert early.
Pusha and Drake have exchanged shots over the years, but the beef was renewed after Pusha accused the Canada native on his latest album of using ghostwriter. Drake responded to the diss with “Duppy Freestyle”, to which the 41-year-old replied by releasing the infamous “The Story of Adidon”.
