By the end of the episode, two singers who get the lowest votes will have to perform once again before the judges for the Instant Save.
Following the Monday, November 26 episode of “The Voice” season 15, in which 11 remaining artists taking to the stage to secure their places in Top 10, the Tuesday episode revealed the results of America’s votes. By the end of the episode, two singers who got the lowest votes would have to perform once again before the judges, Adam Levine, Kelly Clarkson, Blake Shelton and Jennifer Hudson, for the Instant Save.
Tonight’s episode featured performances from Team Blake and Team Jennifer. Fifth coach Kelsea Ballerini also took the stage to showcase her stunning voice. Reagan Strange was announced to be the “most streamed artist” for the second time in a row, receiving the Apple Music Bonus that multiplied her streaming votes by 5x.
First artists to be announced safe were Kennedy Holmes (Team Jennifer) and Kymberli Joye (Team Kelly). It was later followed with a performance from Team Blake. Joined by his team members Kirk Jay, Chris Kroeze and Dave Fenley, the country star rocked “Dixieland Delight” by Alabama. The coach strummed his guitar alongside Chris.
It was later time for more results as the remaining nine singers went to the stage. Host Carson Daly revealed that Votes and iTunes streaming sent Team Adam’s Reagan and Team Blake’s Chris to the Top 10.
Performing her new single “Miss Me More”, Kelsea brought fun to the studio. She offered a brilliant mix of her country voice with pop and rock vibes. It was such an energetic stage.
Kirk Jay (Team Blake) and MaKenzie Thomas (Team Jennifer) were named to be the next two artist to be advancing to the next round. Before moving to the next results, Team Jennifer took to the stage to perform a rendition of “The Rose”. That was such a beautiful performance as J.Hud, MaKenzie and Kennedy harmonized so well.
The last five artists went back to the stage to learn their fates. Carson announced that Team Kelly’s Sarah Grace and Team Blake’s Dave Fenley were safe. Team Kelly’s Chevel Shepherd also joined them in Top 10. With that being said, it left Lynnea (Team Kelly) and DeAndre (Team Adam) fight against each other for Instant Save.
For her performance, Lynnea sang “Tattoed Heart” by Ariana Grande. Meanwhile, DeAndre opted for a rendition of Tamela Mann’s “Take Me to the King”. It was a flawless performance that got Jennifer and Adam raise to their feet. The early results of the votes saw DeAndre leading with 83% to Lynnea’s 17%.
And the last artist to join the Top 10 was DeAndre! Lynnea was unfortunately elimimated.
