Thursday proved to be a memorable moment for viewers of morning talk show The View as lead panelist Whoopi Goldberg justifiably ripped into Trump-supporting guest-co-host Jeanine Pirro after she claimed the actress had “Trump derangement syndrome.”

After the segment was abruptly ended with Goldberg ordering Pirro to exit stage left, things reportedly got even more heated backstage with some heavy words allegedly being exchanged between the two.

According to Page Six, the ladies’ debate spilled over from the main stage to the backstage area of The View on Thursday, and it all ended with Goldberg, a proud liberal, allegedly shouting to Pirro, “F**k you. Get the f**k out!”

The site reports that during the argument, Pirro, an infamous Fox News host, told the EGOT winner, “I’ve done more for abused women than you will ever do.”

It is further reported that Pirro began stirring things up even before she went on-air with the ladies to promote her new book. When she arrived at the studio, she was reportedly upset to learn that anti-Trump CNN contributor Ana Navarro was filling in for co-host Joy Behar.

“When Jeanine arrived on set she was looking for a fight and refusing to be on with Ana, demanding [Ana] not be in the segment,” an insider told the site. “[Pirro] was yelling at [The View] executive producer and her staff like, ‘You need to handle this.'”

As viewers witnessed, Pirro’s requests were not fulfilled and she was forced to sit in the hot seat like previous guests, despite their differing views. This all bubbled up to her on-air blow-out with Goldberg.

Going on what seems like a media campaign after the explosive daytime TV moment aired, Pirro, a former Republican candidate, told Fox News’ Sean Hannity that Goldberg spat in her face and cursed her out backstage.

On Friday morning’s episode of The View, Goldberg set the record straight on their verbal dispute, and Pirro’s latest accusations.

“Yes, I did say it. I did say it,” Goldberg said in reference to Pirro’s comments that she used some choice words to tell her off. “But I did not spit on her. I did not intimidate her. No one chased her out of here saying, ‘Get out.’ But she did leave here cursing at the people who book the show. She cursed at the guys who do the security for the show. I did say to her in the middle of all of this, ‘You and I have never had a problem before,’ and then had to go back to work to finish the show, which should tell you none of us were chasing her because we still had another segment to do.”
